Partial Refunds

We offer partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • No Expert Assigned (Deadline Less Than Half Passed): If an expert has not been assigned and less than half the deadline has elapsed (e.g., deadlines of 168 hours or longer), you qualify for a 90% refund (transaction and refund fees deducted).
  • Expert Assigned (Deadline Less Than Half Passed): If an expert is assigned and less than half the deadline has elapsed, you qualify for a 70% refund (deductions account for expert’s compensation for initial work).
  • Expert Assigned (Deadline More Than Half Passed): If more than half the deadline has passed, or we are unable to provide an expert for your revision, you qualify for a 50% refund.

Please take note of the following:

  1. Disputed Claims: If dissatisfied with the quality of work, submit relevant evidence within 3 days of receiving the work. Our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate your claim based on provided evidence.
  2. Order Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within two (2) hours of payment. Refunds will not be issued for orders already assigned and in progress.
  3. Approval of Completed Orders: You have ten (10) days to review and approve completed work. After this period, the order will be automatically approved, and no refunds will be issued.
  4. Plagiarism-Free Guarantee: We guarantee work with plagiarism levels below 15%. Claims related to plagiarism will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department.
